Our website care plans are designed to ensure your website is functioning at its best all of the time. Think of it like getting a service done on your car; you use it every day, but it regularly needs an oil change and a once over from a mechanic (that’s us) to make sure it’s running at its best. Your website is an important part of your business and you want to make sure that should the worse happen there is a backup or that over time it’s not running slow or showing errors. Just like any software a website needs updates to keep it secure and safeguarded against getting hacked. Currently we look after WordPress & Joomla websites.
We are a Subiaco-based design company with 25 years of experience in digital design.

I'm not sure which care plan is right for me
How often do you make changes to your website? The more often you make changes, the more backups and updates you will need. If your site is restored from a backup would it be ok if it was from last month, or last week or a day old? How much work would be involved if you had to replace the content done since the last backup?
Can't I do this myself?
Keeping your website up to date, backed up and secure can be time consuming and a little tedious. You could Google and try learn how to look after everything but you have a business to run at the end of the day. You most likely also don’t have the technical know-how to perform the updates, backups, and restores necessary to keep everything running smoothly. The technology continues to evolve and there is no way you can keep abreast of all the trends and developments.
What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?
The whole purpose of our care plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the unfortunate event your website does get compromised, we will have the means to be able to help you when you have a care plan in place. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it. If you sign up for out Care Plus or Elite Pro plan we will even restore your website to the last working version at no extra cost as part of our Site Recovery Process (not included in Basic Plan – restoration of your website will be charged for).
My site wasn't built by Insight, can I still sign up to a care plan?
Our support plans are designed for websites that we have designed. We can take you on if your website was designed by someone else, but it will first require a security audit at a one off fee of $150 to make sure everything is ok with your website before we start looking after it.
Can I really cancel any time?
While we would be sad to see you go, we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and we do not want to lock anyone in to a long term contract. Our care plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time. If you wish to cancel simply send us confirmation by email and we will cancel any further monthly payments.
