Client Materials

All text and image content required for the project, except where stated within the selected package, should be provided in acceptable digital format by the client (eg. images at 300dpi as per their usage size).The client should ensure all content provided for the project has been checked for correctness. Insight Communication & Design does its best to ensure all textual content provided is layed out correctly, however it is not responsible for final accuracy or correcting or rewriting content supplied by the client(unless specifically contracted to do so). The client is also responsible for checking all content provided by Insight Communication & Design for review before approving completion of the project.

Payment

Each stage of a project is invoiced at the end of that stage. Terms of payment is net 14 days from the date of invoice.

Support and Warranty

Insight Communication & Design will correct any repair to programming code that causes an operational error, if advised in writing by the client within 6 months of invoice to the client. This warranty does not cover errors caused by third party software or if the client has altered the provided code.

Scope Changes

Changes beyond the scope of the Quotation and/or any System Requirements documentation as signed off by the client will be charged for additionally. Changes to content, design, images and/or functionality that have previously been accepted as correct by the Client may also incur additional charges.

Web Browsers

Please note that not all web browsers are the same. Insight Communication & Design use the latest web technologies to deliver you a website that works on the latest platforms and devices. Whilst we conduct a full testing phase upon completion of the project your website may not display in the same way across older web browsers (eg. Internet Explorer 8,9 and 10).

Project Timeframes

Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation and the complete content and photography being made available for the work pages. During development there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from your side and be made available in order to expedite the feedback process.

Change Requests

One set of Minor changes to the selected website design concept is included in the estimate. Major revisions to a concept are additional. Once a design is approved, if additional changes to the approved design are requested the changes will be charged at our current hourly rate, plus any material disbursements plus gst.

Cancellation

Termination must be advised in writing. Insight Communication & Design reserves the right to pause or terminate the project if the project is delayed by the client due to inactivity for a cumulative period of greater than 2months in total, and to charge a project recommencement fee of $500 plus gst. Following pause or termination of the project, Insight Communication & Design will invoice for the total hours completed on the project, or the total project cost, whichever is the lesser.
